On Friday, February 2nd, Mrs. Green’s Culinary Arts class got to create their own hamburgers in groups. Students got to plan and prep their custom hamburgers, selecting just the right condiments, seasonings, grinds of beef, and hamburger buns. The class got to have a trial run for their burgers, making any adjustments needed to be made before they presented their creations to the judges. The winning group was Isobell Carroll, Ben Harber, Lizzie Irelan, and Madison Hutchinson. They each received a gift certificate from Comets Sliders and Fries, a new local business in Muncie.
