At the start of the school year comes much excitement but also nerves as the school ranking comes out. But Yorktown High School didn’t think they had a problem ranking high but they were still a little nervous. The day the ranking came out the school was thrilled to announce they were the #24 school in Indiana. While also being #1,674 in the United States. Ms.Brewer mentioned none of this would have been possible without all the hard work the administration and students put in each day they are at school. The ranking has many factors such as student performance, college classes/ advanced classes offered, and graduation rate.
